Do not expect 'normal' shopping experience or customer care. Since we are forced to work with them (by the school), they have their own rules which make no sense. Charge you well in advance (including shipping) only to find out weeks later that you'll not receive the items at your address. They have no idea of the status of an order, except telling you to "ask your coach". Only work with them if they force you to. Items are overpriced and their shopping site is like 20 years old.
A good place for buying team stuff.
Reasonable prices on team athletic gear. You don't need to be on a team that they service to buy from them. Walk in is fine, sales guys to out for lunch so if you plan to come around lunch time call ahead.
