I asked for a simple fix on something I wasn't comfortable replacing a received a completely ridiculous response. Jeremy Paynter said "Unfortunately I am not taking on any new work at this time". Don't waste your time asking this guy to do "work" from his "business".
Jeremy recently did some gunsmithing for me on two different high-end rifles. He was totally professional and did a great job. The work was perfect, delivered on time as promised and at a very reasonable price. And he's a real nice guy too. I can highly recommend him without reservation. I have no connection with him other than as a satisfied customer.
The owner has a lot of knowledge about firearms and gunsmithing. He is very friendly and a great person. I will be going back to him for FFL transfers and custom work. His transfer fee is very affordable.
