Owner Krista Majeska is very unprofessional. My son took on a summer job there and was told they would work with him and his other job’s schedule. When that time came, they purposely scheduled him at the same time. Then they only gave him the option to resign and he couldn’t resign from his other job, which the other job is year-round. This company has managed our neighborhood pool for as long as we've lived here (nearly 20 years). We have always found them to be professional and responsive when there are issues. My oldest daughter worked for them as a guard and had an excellent experience. She used the skills learned while working here to teach swim lessons to many children. This is a great place to work if you are willing to be responsible for yourself and understand that you are accountable for people's lives when you are on that lifeguard stand.
