We got there at 1 it was 2:30 just waiting my daughter work at 4 and I told them like what is taking so long she gona tell me the visit is about 4 hours I told her she should have told me that when I made the appointment I wouldn’t have made it she wanted to charge me 50 I told her I wasn’t paying is not my fault they slow and walk out.
Came to this clinic for my twin daughter’s allergy testing. The lady doing the testing needs proper training with what she’s doing. She made my daughters scream cry by the amount of pressure she used pressing the testing against their backs. They even bled due to her rocking them back and fourth. Not only that it’s been 2+ months and they still didn’t receive their shots. Anytime I’ve called they just say “not ready” I went somewhere else for myself and I’m already 6 shots in. Worst experience ever i had to cancel due to a family emergency and they want to charge me $50 but yet when they cancel last minute they want us to be okey with it. The medicine never made it to the pharmacy and the staff is so RUDE !!!!!!!!!!!!
