I came in not entirely sure what my skin priorities or problems were. Lauren was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy or making me feel bad about being so clueless in the skin area. She has a gentle but educated touch. Lauren is friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She’s the real deal. I’ve been to aestheticians all my life and she’s the first who helped the dark circles under my eyes.
