This is the WORST trailer park in Pinellas County FL. This park somehow passed an inspection from Pinellas County. Dont know what they were looking for, maybe just doors and fire alarms. This place is bug infested, and the landlord will not fix ANYTHING.
So far i have nothing bad to say. the neighbor hood seems really nice and the landlord was really willing to work with us to get us moved in and there is nothing bad that can be said about this place. :)
Great location. Things do get fixed and the trailers, though older, are in good condition. Neighborhood is good and management actually cares.
