I called on Monday and had an appointment by Wednesday. Dr Richardson and the ladies who help him were kind, professional, and prompt. I felt like it was the best exam I have had in a long time. I will definitely be keeping Dr Richardson as my eye Dr.
This is based off of 2 separate appointments 4 years apart so it appears this isn't a one off. My daughter went in and saw Dr. Gerhard. They asked if we wanted to do some kind of imaging test, which was an additional amount, which was marketed to us as a more in depth way of viewing the eyes instead of dilation. We opted for that but after the test, they said she needed to dilate her eyes. Felt mislead. Went to a different location and didn't have any issues but went back this past June and not happy. Not nice for the businesses! I bought wrong number for eye readers, and come back in the same day for changing another number eye readers, but they don’t refund or change anything. Walmart nicer for do the businesses with
