Will not honor their word to replace new discolored shower glass clips. They admitted that the gold shower clips turn brown from getting silicone on them during installation. I was told that they had received “a defective batch” of clips. I was told new clips would be delivered in 2 weeks; that was at the beginning of August. Multiple attempts to contact them have been made and no response received. Very disappointing.
They seem like very nice people, but when I asked if it’d be possible to put a 30% deposit down, which seemed to me to be enough money, they require a 50% deposit. Which is their right but they also drop me as a customer for even asking. I’m OK with this. There’s plenty of companies out there, but it just seemed a little weird.
DON’T LET THE LIMITED REVIEWS DETER YOU!!! I was referred to this company by a contractor and because the limited reviews I was extremely skeptical, but definitely glad I called. Price was the best out of serval companies and the workmanship was awesome! Paid $1900, material and labor, for a frameless shower enclosure consisting of three 7FT glass panels. I was just going to do one bathroom at a time, but the price was so right I went ahead with both. Installation crew was quick and efficient and the glass shower doors look amazing! Highly recommend!
Chris and his crew did an excellent job on my sliding door shower glass. They were friendly and easy to work with. Would hire again!
