Horrible Customer Service
I’m really hoping this review gets some visibility because I want everybody who interacts with Joe and his crew to be aware of the poor work that they do for townhomes. For a couple years, they improperly installed our windows and water was seeping through every single rainstorm here in Tampa. It took over a year and a half for them to come and fix them. Buyers please listen when I tell you guys to RUN! This company has the most unethical practices when it comes to real estate. Joe is money hungry and still hasn’t fixed what was promised to us after giving them the benefit of the doubt when buying the home. They will take your money and run so please run first!!!
