Impeccable honest service by a young couple giving it a go in the outback. On a Sunday I had a breakdown out of Croydon, I had to stand on the van roof to get enough reception to call RACQ. Within 2hrs Jarrod had traveled the 100+ km to rescue me. He took me and the van to the camp ground and while it took a few days to get parts and repair, his service was very honest and efficient. We needed a clutch replacement and rolled into Normanton on the back of a truck; Jarrod was flat out busy but still made time to help us. He kept us informed with the order and delivery of parts, and had it all fixed up (even working a little later on a Friday evening) to get us back on the road by the weekend. He was friendly and helpful, and explained everything as it progressed. If you need any vehicle repair work, Jarrod is the guy to see.

My partner and I had been travelling back from NT, we had been having what we thought were starter motor issues, but thought it would be best to test the battery just incase, I rang Jarrad Friday who was good enough to squeeze us in Saturday mid morning when we were passing through. After testing the battery and some great trouble shooting from Jarrad and the boys, he realised it was worn out battery terminal clamps, replaced both the positive and negative, tidied up some wiring and no more starting issues.
