First, the work we needed to have done was because of Hurricane Ian and everything was taking longer because of the storm. The cage was completed and looks good. However, we did have a lot of frustration during this process. Some because of the county permitting issues, some communication issues, and a lot because of how long it was taking. Bad experience
I had a very bad experience with this company for roof replacement job. The contract was signed on Jan.27,2017, and the permit was given in 1 week, but I had to wait until July, 28 ( 6 months later!) the job was done. I called the company many times to ask for the reason, but most of times no one answered the phone, even when I left messages no one called back! Finally the roof was finished in 2 days, but It was done with unprofessional group of 5 people, some places on roof looked not right. My gutter was damaged or It's pa... read more
