Never buy a refurbished device from this place. It is a scam. He tries to push his refurbished devices all the time. Bought a laptop from him and stopped working within a month. I gave it back to be checked, it took forever and never got an answer back. I cannot tell you the amount of grief It caused me. I had to rent a laptop for my daughter, as her own laptop got a cracked screen and could not lend her mine. I was scheduled to start a job training and had to postpone it. I had a broken charging port on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. I messaged Sameer and he was very quick to respond. His brother fixed my phone in an hour the next day for an incredible price. I'm with TeIus and pay for a monthly device care plan, but when I went to them with this issue I was told it would be $200 to fix it, which is waaaay more expensive than what the boys here charged me. Needless to say, their service/correspondence is top notch and I'll definitely be going to them for any repairs in the future.
Sameer and Remy were absolutely fantastic and repaired our 16 Pro max when it was run over. Cant recommend them enough. 10 out of 5 experience!!!
