Gul Auto Care is definitely WOMEN friendly! Ladies if you are in need of auto repairs and want to experience EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE , with NO hidden agendas. Please go visit Ali and Eric at Gul Auto Service. Service was excellent and very exact! I didn’t leave feeling taken advantage of at all. And the prices are so affordable.
First spoke with Eric, he quoted me a very fair price on the work I needed. Called for an appointment & Ali got me in the same day. Added some extra work after their inspection. All the work done was a fair price with quality parts. Clean shop, office & restroom! I will be returning for future work. Check Gul out for you auto repair needs.
I am super impressed by this auto shop. The splash shield on my car was dragging. I went in under the assumption that they were just going to look at the problem and that it was going to be this long drawn out process because that’s what I’m used to. They fixed it! In less than 20 minutes. I will definitely be back! Thank you guys so much.
Initially had a challenge here with brief miscommunication between staff members, but Ali was quick to follow up with me and even offered a discount for my troubles. Really appreciated the support and follow-up. Will definitely return here.
