This is a one star rating as you cant give a zero star rating. This company shouldnt be in business, and you sure as hell shouldnt give them your business. We are using them unfortunately due to our builder and their warranty department. Guky is unresponsive, I had an 8AM appt again today and the crew was a no show, I have been on hold twice now at different times for over 20 mins without any updates other than they cannot get a hold of their painters.
