Called to speak with doctor or nurse in regards to my mother being seen as soon as possible, and I was rudely spoken to by a phone receptionist that has no professional phone etiquettes. Rudely hung up the phone while we were talking. This is very poor customer service to say the least.
We had a problem with a water big leak from our garden hose connection, we called and he showed up quick, he was professional, knowledgable and accurate. The price was fair for what he did and he gave us an estimate to prevent future leaks. He has become our go to guy when we have this kind of problems.
Great job....he had to fix things that another wrecked...did it fast and well and price was good...
