Awful experience.. My insurance was billed for 2 crowns that were never done! So now, I can't get a filling done on one of the teeth from my new dentist because Dr. Harb told my insurance she put a crown on that tooth and she was even paid for it! I tried to make an appointment to speak to her about the issue. My appointment was subsequently cancelled because she was "busy with patients." I have been getting the runaround for weeks! Her business practices are unethical!
