I have always had great service with Guitar Autoworkz.
Great place to get your vehicle repaired, friendly staff and great rates. I have had 4 jobs there now all from minor repairs to semi major jobs all work was great no issues. I will continue to take my vehicles there for repairs and recommend them to anyone that needs to have their vehicle repaired.
Well! Lesson learned. Got my heater core replaced?But coolant, smell will not go away. I never drove it for the whole month and it wasn't even a month.Anyway.It was maybe two weeks. Plus I never had a problem with that until I drove my truck away from your shop.Now I have a dead battery because the power will not shut off.Since your mechanic had my glove box, read off and he was working on that area where the sound is coming from.You must think i'm stupid.I gave you a chance you could have had a lot of business from me and m... read more
I wasn’t overall happy with my experience there but they threatened to sue for liable and slander when I went into any detail. I’m sure other people have had positive experiences but I unfortunately did not.
Friends recommended me here after having work done on their Audi , Brought mine to them for a second opinion they were honest and upfront about what it needed and what it didn’t right away after going to another person and having a ridiculous quote ! The shuttle service was great dropped me off at work and picked me up !! Service was prompt and quick had my car back same day !! Would highly recommend to anyone !! kudos to Tim and his team
