Need to hire and keep a good chef! – Over the years I've tried The Grill under (I believe) 3 different owners, on all sorts of occasions, and I just can't seem to catch them on a good day. The chef(s) don't seem to use spices very well (hot and bland were the primary ones!) Food quality is mediocre and cooking is very amateurish. Unless You're Ritzy, Find Somewhere Else – I used to be a fan of Guiseppe's Grille. But over the last year or so, they've gone considerably downhill. Their service is rather slow and unfriendly. The food isn't too bad (on occasions) but it's not reliable.
