Update: Received a letter response from Mercy stating that they did nothing wrong. They stated that the Dr released me and told me to return if symptoms worsened. My symptoms worsened and I returned, so therefore everything went smoothly. What a joke! How about the wages I lost because I was out of work far longer than I anticipated? I went to the ER 6 days after gallbladder removal. I was not recovering normally from the surgery with symptoms ranging from abdominal pain and cramping, vomiting green bile and bouts of uncontrolled diarrhea. I had become dehydrated and lethargic and had not eaten since surgery. Dr Altamore ordered a CT scan, apparently reviewed it, then told me "good news" nothing wrong and stated that I probably just had a virus and sent me home with anti nausea meds.
