I recently got my hair done here, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The stylist, who is from Costa Rica, was so kind and friendly throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable and did an amazing job with my hair—it turned out beautiful and super soft! She also did exactly what I was looking for, which I truly appreciated. On top of that, she offered me a coffee while I waited, which made the appointment even more enjoyable. Highly recommend her!

She burned the entire contour of my hair... It's going to take forever to grow back! This is the second time she’s done it. The first time, I thought mistakes happen, and she even blamed it on me, saying my hair was already damaged. But if my hair is damaged, as a professional, she should know how to handle it instead of blaming the hair. The second time was on me for going back.
