This place was bad. I have eaten real guisados, this is not it.
As a local, I've really wanted to love Guisados. I've given it multiple chances, hoping each visit would reveal the 'right' dish that would turn me into a regular. Unfortunately, each experience has left me consistently underwhelmed. The standout, and the sole reason for my three-star rating, is undoubtedly their tortillas – they're fresh, warm, and perfectly complement any filling.
