Dr Hendriks is one of the best doctors in Kelowna. I am so grateful to have him as my doctor. He is very kind and very thorough. His receptionist Haley is also very nice!

The receptionist is by far an amazing friendly human. JAY is so friendly and helpful in every way. I've been with clinic since Dr Hignall was there then Dr. Naude.. was sad to see both of them go they were always always so understanding helpful and always listening to how we felt. Dr. Ketch has been my family Doctor since I was a baby. I recently booked an appointment over the phone with Dr. Ketch. Unfortunately I missed the phone call because I was working, and the call was made 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment. There was no follow up phone call during my scheduled appointment time. I chose to follow up and had to hold for more than 30 minutes.
