Lost my AC; Andy came out promptly and got the problem fixed quickly. The bill was very fair; I will definitely use Guirkin again!

After having some time to sleep on it I felt I needed to write a review. Been using them for awhile, experienced some previous poor service issues but we needed to call Guirkin due to them holding the warranty on a recently installed air handler that had a failed part and thought that would be the cheapest option. Was told part was under warranty but not labor, OK. Wouldn’t use this company to do something as detail and process oriented as plumbing based on how (in my opinion) dangerously van 10 was driving today. They cut me off on the on ramp when there was no one behind me. They did not signal and forced me to break. They then quick merged again without their signal. We happened to get off on the same exit at basically the same time (good thing you drove recklessly) and they actually used their turn signal one of the multiple merges they did to merge multiple lanes haphazardly.
