Wanted to give 0 stars. Pete delivered my first son 9 years ago. Wonderful experience. With my new baby it was hell and I blame myself for just not leaving and finding a new doctor. Impossible to get calls or emails responded to. I failed the diabetes test and NO ONE told me. I called every day for two weeks straight until the front desk violated HIPPA and just told me. Then Pete left and no email or call just word of mouth. Then his brother took over -George. We liked him and decided to stay with him versus following Pete. ... read more
Terrible. To be clear, I went to this facility for my prior pregnancy and had no issue (2 yrs ago). When I found out I was pregnant again, I of course went back however that was a huge mistake. No one answers the phone, no one returns voicemails, no one answers the messages on the portal. It is impossible to communicate with this office. The doctors do a great job of reassuring you at the appt that the communication will get better and apologize and state more doctors are being hired, but this was all clearly false because a... read more
Dr. Guirguis has delivered two of my babies an it went wonderful. I am severn months pregnant now trying to see him after he missed my May appointment and I was scheduled with the other Dr. Guirguis in staten island instead but he was changing my appointments or wasn't there and I was only scanned by a tech but never got my results and now I need a new doctor.
