Dr Guinn is professional and great. The office staff however gave me many issues with an overpayment error and simple requests required by our insurance plan. Our calls were never returned and they had an argumentative demeanor right off the bat when we requested details of why they were refusing to help resolve these issues.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
