Delaying a road/ bridge opening so you dont have to pay fines that you agreed to in a contract because you had delays is just poor business why screw over the people of the community your working for due to your failures to get caught up and get the job completed. You can and should do better sometime you lose in business but to be so passive aggressive and not allow important infrastructure to be re open is ridiculous.

Saw a really inspirational billboard on the side of the road paid for by them, and was so disappointed to see the state of this company. My mother cried because of this.
