We had them out to repair our washing machine they showed up promptly. I didn’t have to wait a long time When I called the schedule, they were actually able to get me in the next day, which was surprising. The call to let me know they were on their way was a huge help and technician was very thorough and informational.
Jose M did a wonderful job installing our new ice maker. He was professional, friendly, and protected our countertop. I highly recommend him.
Guinco is the company the KitchenAid sends out for repairs. Our service tech, Curtis, was very nice and as helpful as possible. Curtis is the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of 1 star. The online and office scheduling is VERY misleading! When I scheduled with them I was told the visit and diagnosis would be $145. It turned out to be $145 just to let them in the door.
