Well, I read lots of reviews on Google thought this would be a great company to fix my washer. Made an appointment that was about 8 days away lady on the phone super helpful. I explained that I could not be home before 3:30 she assured me that they could make that time work. I get a message the day before my appointment saying that they will be there between 2-5p. Guinco sent the same technician to repair my dishwasher 3 times. All three he had ordered a part that he claimed was incorrect, blaming Whirlpool for the mistake each time. The third time, I could immediately tell he had the wrong part again as he opened the box in my home. I asked if he had checked the part before arriving and he said, of course, even though I watched him open he box in my home. So their technician wouldn’t come to my house because I’m a nurse. I’m not even home and there are precautions you can take such as wearing a mask But that’s fine. We found a better company.

My refrigerator has been broken for Months because we’ve had to wait on a part to come in. THEY SHIPPED THE PART TO MY HOUSE OVER A MONTH AGO LAST WEEK, I called the warranty office about my service ticket and they had no idea about it so they opened up a new service date FOR TODAY.
