This company is horrible, I helped a disabled Veteran friend of mine get a new Whirlpool washer from Lowe’s, it made a loud squeaking noise from the very first use, called Whirlpool which uses Guinco Services, they came out did nothing, said we need to load the machine differently, the tech said he noticed soiled sheets to be washed, my friend is bed ridden, I instructed all his care givers in what to do and not do based on the tech’s instructions, machine still has the same issues, set up another appointment for service, th... read more
