I have never had such a terrible experience with a doctor in my life. He was incredibly unpleasant from the moment he entered the room, and appeared to be in a rush to get my appointment over with as soon as possible. I don't understand, there may be 2 doctors with the same name. I saw Dr. Rebagay 3 years ago and he was excellent and attentive and thorough with test and checking everything. I had to stop going because I moved and travel issues. I had a heart procedure recently and not happy with cardiologist I had started using. I just decided to travel to go back to Dr. Rebagay. I was recently referred to South Shore Heart by a neurologist. They said I could see any anyone there- that “they are all good.” I was given Dr. Rebagay because he had evening appointments. Dr. Rebagay was curt and did not hear my concerns at all. He took a one size fits all approach and refused to order some vascular bloodwork I really felt was important to rule in/out certain issues. If you want no encouragement, and just a rowdy young guy, who’s very educated, but has no common sense, then go to Dr. Rebagay. Twice I saw him and twice I left the office feeling like I am dying because I told him I smoke two cigarettes a day so I am the enemy. Also, I had a chemical nuclear stress test and no one bothered to tell me that the injectable die is radioactive, and here I am hugging, my pregnant niece, and my husband, who has lymphoma and my dog, and he blames it on the nurses for not telling me about the risk t... read more
