Billing dept is a nightmare
Dr. Guillot was very professional and informative.
Just awful. Would give him 0 if I could. Saw him in July for the first time. He seemed nice, did an in office test and sent me for a blood test. Said he would call back with the test results. Got the blood test the next monday and never heard anything; ever. Started calling him in August once a week till I gave up in September and made an appointment with another doctor. I had been sick for years snd he was the first doctor who found out what was wrong with me. He changed my life .
Great physician. He does not over medicate, spends adequate time with each patient, and has helped with a difficult diagnosis. Staff is the best - open and friendly.
As a severe asthmatic all my life, I am so lucky to have found Dr. Guillot when I moved to the area after Hurricane Katrina! It seems I have spent my life seeing doctors, so I know they can run the gamut from surly to rude to nice, so I was amazed to find that he is the kindest doctor I have ever encountered. He is also board certified in immunology, keeping up with the cutting edge medicines. He is a hidden jewel!
