From Quote to clean up Guillot's team was easy to communicate with, patient with inquiries, and quick to address all of our concerns. Contacted Guillot for estimate on June 12, appointment with Jonathan June 18 for water proofing paver Balconies and one bad Gutter. Ask Jonathan to amend quote for repairing gutter, I rather have the gutter and fascia replaced than repaired and had gotten other contractors quotes on replacing gutter (remove gutter work). Waiting for amended estimate from June 19 to July 14. On June 19 Guillot was paid 35% down on the original estimate,, in which he received more money down.
