I really wanted to support a local shop, but my experience with Guillory Autobody was awful. The work was unfinished, the quality was nowhere near professional, and I felt dismissed every time I asked a simple question. Frustrating to feel like you’re not being taken seriously. I definitely won’t be returning.
Didn’t finish repair on my car. Gave me back my one year old car with the hood put on cockeyed and refused to fix it after 6 months of stringing me along. Real shitty experience that no one should have to go through. I also know of a handful of people myself who had experienced the same.
Probably the Most experienced body guys in this area. No nonsense just amazing work !
