I can’t say enough good things about Guillo Pools. Their professionalism and attention to detail are top-notch. From start to finish, the team was responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in their work. Any time an issue came up, they addressed it quickly and made sure everything was taken care of the right way. It’s hard to find companies that genuinely care about their customers these days, but Guillo Pools truly delivers. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality pool service!
We switched to Guillo last summer and signed up again this summer. Paul McCann is great and they do a nice job and are responsive and friendly. I recommend them. Editing this down two two stars. have declined over the years, didn't install chlorinator correctly (including electrical code violations), indicated would use electrician for install -- didn't and now seeking return of the $450 allocation for the electrician since we had to have someone fix their work.
