Came here yesterday for some thing, customer service was rude, the worst branch I’ve personally been to, nedco down the street is levels better than these guys

Went in search of some wire for a solar project. Was recommended to go here by Duke Electric so I figured they gotta be good. Was greeted by the first staff member and was asked to wait a moment for the other staff to help me at the desk. She came out and greeted me and asked me what I needed. I asked if they had 2 or 4 gauge connectors and wires for batteries. She immediately advised me that she had the wire in stock, but not the actual connections to the terminals.
