Went into purchase a metal halide 250 watt bulb and it didn't work. Returned without a hitch unfortunately they didn't have another one in stock. Found one at another supply store and I'm one happy camper. No bull returned made easy.
Shameful business practices. I purchased 11 pot lights which I ended up not needing. I brought them back for a return - never took them out of the box - the counter guy goes and talks to the "manager" and says all cash sales final. I was not told this at purchase. Give people their money back if they are returning perfectly unopened product 3 days after purchase. This business and their treatment of paying customers is a joke.
Just completed a garage build and the folks at Gullevin Electric were super to deal with as far as advice-pricing and they even took back a few extra plugs i had over ordered..a build like this can be stressful but people like Tim and Andrew at Gullevin make it a lot easier!! Way to go guys and thank you!!
