My wife and I are new to the area and needed some very common items for our new home. An older looking gentleman was unbelievably rude in telling me how they really didn't want to serve the retail public although they do. Half the items I asked for had to be ordered. Then I was informed I would have to buy the entire roll of BX cable or house wire, it's not sold by the meter or foot like every place else. Very unprofessional and rude service at the store location!
I went here this afternoon to inquire about retrofitted recessed lighting. They were able to guide me to the product they had but the lady and gentleman were very bizarre and rude to me. When I left the store I told my partner I felt they were rude and condescending to me. She said she felt the same and saw that the one lady kept rolling her eyes anytime I spoke.
