Always great service, the staff is awesome and I have no complaints.
I ordered some specialized heavy cable this company had in their USA warehouse, and specifically asked them to expedite/air freight the order to site. It took them 4 days to provide a tracking number just to find out the order was put on a generic cargo hauler to be received a week later. We tried calling multiple times to find the status of the order but they didn't answer or call us back. They do not listen to their customers needs and ghost you when they know they are in the wrong. You can't run a business like this.
