Specifically asked the painter at the time of the estimate to include removal of the quarter round, repainting, and replacement so no black paint would appear on the tile or grout lines when the bathroom molding was repainted. This is what the painter did when left unsupervised. It’s inexcusable to do this to somebody’s property and then attempt to charge for services rendered.
