A very disappointed customer My husband and I wanted to try this restaurant and give it a shot but truthfully we both were very very disappointed. The theme is subtle and it is a relaxing atmosphere but the service could be much better especially since there wasn't really that many customers in there at the time.We were automatically started off with a soup and salad which is their choice and not yours and garlic bread. Vincent G I'm not sure about this review site, after reading what Kelly S. wrote. I think some of these reviews are planted fakes. I eat at both of Guillermo's restaurants. I always like the meals. If you DON'T want a salad or soup, SAY so ... ?? How many times do you eat at a place and eat something you don't want ? (one reason other posts are suspiciously fake )
raw scallops Received a gift certificate and were excited to try this restaurant. Frankly what a disappointment! Just as someone mentioned above, the waitress never mentioned that soup and salad came with the meal, she paid very little attention to us and our food was lousy. Always a great time:) My Husband, 2 Friends, and I eat here at least once a month and have never been let down. Great food, great servers, great prices... What else could you ask for on your 1 night out a month:) This is a must go to restaurant. Don't forget BYOB!!

Sad experience! HORRIBLE experience! Sad! We live nearby and have tried a few of the restaurants on Broadway, in Pitman. Our favorite so far is Barcelona. They could give Giullermo's a few lessons in how to treat your customers, not to mention the food. We sat there for a while watching our waitress, Carol, passing us by without an acknowledgement or a glance, even though she was 1 foot from seat. GUILLERMO'S ON BROADWAY is Severely Disappointing probably one of the worst dinners ever! the wait staff was FAR from attentive - we sat at our table for a good 15 minutes before anyone even came over to greet us. no water was given, and they disappeared with our bottle of wine for another 10 minutes after that. the place seemed to be horribly managed...poor organization...it seemed like there were 6 servers and no one actual being responsible for anything...chaotic, really.
Great time! My friends and I went to Guillermo's and had a wonderful meal. The server was very pleasant and there was no wait. The food was delicious. All three of us enjoyed our meals. Very affordable.
