Unethical. Already with a previous history for harassment (see court order regarding Luab family in 2000 described in starbulletin), he threatened me by email when I tried to get his client, Dr. Marina Badua, to correct her fraudulent filings to Social Security which cost me my disability. Mr. Canlas is unwilling to resolve the situation. Also note that the two reviews below are not even of him but of Chang.

Roy Chang is very personable and easy to talk to about legal isues. The practice is in a nice office downtown, and everyone is very friendly. While this is obviously one of the best practices on the island from an legal/experience standpoint, it's nice to feel comfortable with the Attorney you trust with your case. I would recommend them to any of my friends or family- particularly if they had been injured when someone else is at fault.
