Mi experiencia con el Dr Valenzuela es muy buena pero el servicio al cliente y sobre todo el customer service es de lo peor. Por dos ocasiones seguidas me programaron una cita que nunca tuve y sin importar cuánto llames no contestan y los mensajes que dejas en la App los responden después de muchos días insistiendo . terrible experience is being over 3 weeks trying to reach infusion department and NOONE call back they don't care about patients in pain they ignore calls customer service is terrible they have no idea what they are doing... DR Valenzuela is unreachable lately only nurse practioner...
