terrible experience is being over 3 weeks trying to reach infusion department and NOONE call back they don't care about patients in pain they ignore calls customer service is terrible they have no idea what they are doing... DR Valenzuela is unreachable lately only nurse practioner...

I had a very disappointing experience with this office. I had a 10:15 AM annual follow-up appointment with Dr. Guillermo Valenzuela. After waiting over an hour in the reception area, I asked the front desk about the delay. At first, they couldn’t even find me on the schedule. Then they said there was one person ahead of me. Eventually, I was taken to an exam room, where a medical assistant took my blood pressure and confirmed my information. I was told the doctor would be in shortly. I also wanted to share my frustration with this office and staff. This office has a wait time of 2-4 hours to see a doctor and even the nurse practitioner that they push as an option instead of the doctor, since he is so busy. We are customers and deserve respect for our time. Not everyone is 70-80 years old and retired and can sit in an office that looks like it's falling apart for 3-4 hours. They need to do better.
