I’m just leaving a 10:30 AM (arrived at 10:15 AM as requested) appointment that was scheduled with Dr. Huerta and was told they’re now running another 50 minutes behind schedule. I have a full day of meetings and to be inconvenienced in this way is egregiously unprofessional. The cavalier attitude of his nurse (“well he’s a doctor and sometimes he needs to spend additional time with patients”) is appreciated but exhausting to hear. Dr Huerta is an amazing, kind hearted, efficient, and personable doctor. This doctor LISTENS and is very thorough so you aren’t left wondering what else could be done. Very thankful to have found him. I have been through many different doctors to figure out/sort out/rule out all these symptoms i am having. Just about every single doctor i have seen has doubted my symptoms or refused testing(or lazy testing), and disregarded my feelings as a patient in need.
