I had a scar revision surgery with this doctor. In our pre-op appointment he gave me 5 minutes of his time. The second pre-op appointment he straight up asked “so, what are we doing again?” and didn’t even recall my name. The day of surgery, he never came to my room. If I could give him a zero I would. My daughter had abdominal plastic surgery by Guilherme Barreiro July 23. Six days post op was the first and only time he saw her after he cut on her. During that visit, he pulled drains and said to return in 6 months! She had an incision that is over 20" across her abdomen! I was there and heard him. I voiced concern about the incision abdominal wound care. He said to use antibiotic ointment. 4 days later, she is admitted to ICU @ OU for infection. Dr Barrerio is the best Plastic Surgeon I have ever gone to. I highly recommend him. He is caring and kind. He gave me my life back after 28 yrs and I am 70. The whole clinic is phenomenal. Please go see him if you need Plastic Surgery.

He is horrible and botched my mother’s foot surgery. She then tried to follow up due to infection and all he would do is ask her to send a photo. NO follow up care. Went to another doctor and discovered we were given all the wrong post opp instructions to help the wound heal. Difficult to get through on their office line. No call backs. He was dismissive. Absolutely the worst physician we’ve ever come in contact with.

Dr. "Gorgeous" has performed a number of procedures on me since my 95 lb weight loss. He has done arm and thigh lifts, Fleur-de-lis abdominaloplasty, deep plane face-lift, eye, brow, and neck lifts with fat transfers. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
