Dr. Guilfoyle always dresses professionally. I didn't wait at all. My appointment started on time, and I was completely at ease during my appointment here. He went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. He always makes an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. He always listens to every question or concern I may have. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry because I'm a senior, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well.... read more

Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this audiologist use current and safe equipment? Yes; the equipment is very advanced! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Gary Guilfoyle has been my audiologist since we moved to Ballston Spa in 1992. I have since moved but whenever I'm in the area I always stop by to get my hearing aids/ear molds adjusted. You couldn't ask for a better audiologist. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
