Call 3 weeks ago and never returned my call. Called again and left a message for a second attempt to get a call back and nothing. We have since found a better company who cared to take the time to meet with us and go over everything that we would need. First impressions mean a lot and guilford pools did not make a good one.

They are always willing to go the extra mile. We have thoroughly enjoyed our pool and working with these wonderful folks. Guilford pools did a beautiful custom design for us and hooked us up with hard scape and landscape professionals. We could not be happier and are so glad we chose Guilford Pools.
I've literally called this business 12 times between June and August to get someone to come and give me a quote to repair my pool light (which quit working the day they installed a new liner in my 18x36 in-ground pool) and also to fix two places in my liner that's sagging but nobody ever calls me back. I keep leaving messages with the lady that works there but Sean, the owner, has never once returned my call. I have had a lot of work done on our pool. They always deliver excellent service and are very kind. They replaced the liner on my pool after it was destroyed and have fix anything that I have needed them to to replacing the bulb in my light or pipes that cracked on the filter system. They are very prompt in their response.
