I have been a patient with Dr Mann for over 15 years. I trust her completely to be honest about what she expects from me as a patient and how she can help with my extremely complicated medical history. From day one, I feel she has been there for me. I love that she includes my other doctors in developing a care plan. Unfortunately some of my other doctors do not.. She is very empathic and knowledgeable. I love that she researches your recent care notes before she comes in. She is simply wonderful.
The 1st time I scheduled my colonoscopy here, they called to cancel the night before - after drinking that nasty stuff - for an emergency. Then I reschedule & when I called to cancel - due to our new boss changing our work schedules, I couldn't cancel it. When you call their #, it tells you, you have to call during business hrs (there's no voicemail). They're hrs are 8:30-5 Mon-Fri, which are my hours too so I knew I wouldn't be able to call then. Dr. Joythi Mann is the best Doctor on the East Coast. She cares. Not many Doctors care anymore about the concerns of their patients, they just want to give you drugs. SHE CARES AND EVERYONE IN THAT OFFICE IS TOP NOTCH. THE BEST IN GREENSBORO FOR SURE!!!!!!!!!
