Never answers the phone. Once, I had a pet emergency and they took 2 days to call back.
Never returned a call about my pups sudden lethargy. After they cancelled my scheduled appointment due to the doctor on complicated surgery, I agreed to reschedule after I mentioned that my wife had leukemia and her doctor appointments were a priority. When I arrived at the new appointment 15 minutes late they said that their policy was to reschedule again if you’re more than 10 minutes late. A little pricey and they take your pet to the back for the vet to take a 1st look, and give vaccines. Would prefer the entire visit was in the exam room
Worked me in for my sick cat. Wonderful staff!
