Part 1: I had called pet insurance regarding insurance claim on my dog who unfortunately passed away. I was notified insurance copy needed documentation. Eh ok for the ballers
Needed to transfer my cat for emergency surgery from their location to Charlotte and have been waiting for an hour and a half to even see her... I asked the ladies up front if everything was okay and they gave me an attitude and dismissed my question without answering it and then said that I was being aggressive even though I asked the question in passing as I was going outside to prep our car.... Absolutely insane, vets might be fine, I haven't gotten to talk to one, but if you care about customer service, go somewhere else
I made an appointment for my new 14 week old puppy. Within a few hours they called without any information to advise me that she would have to have all of her vaccinations again! I sent them a copy to review because the breeder of 20 years who is a vet tech and did her vaccinations told me no way should a puppy be vaccinated again which is what I thought too!
