Great place. They worked with me because I was short on cash for the bill. They are knowledgeable, but need to be a little sympathetic to people who don't have a $1000.00 for a vet bill. Or maybe they can offer some type of charity care, or possibly a reduced price for people in a lower income bracket.

I brought my 10 year old chihuahua, Zoey for a quality of life visit. The doctor on duty was so kind and explained everything that it entailed. Her assistant was also attentive of my emotiobal needs. Im so glad that they took care of her as entered her eternal sleep. Thank you for preparing me to be present. I appreciate everything you've done for Zoey.

Guildford-Jamestown Vet got us in right away at 9 am the next morning. To my heartbreak we made the decision to lay Tink to rest. Given her age 15 years 5 months and how rapidly she had declined over the past 5 days it was a kind... read more

Part 1: I had called pet insurance regarding insurance claim on my dog who unfortunately passed away. I was notified insurance copy needed documentation. So I called insurance and asked what documentation. Vet office said it did not receive request so I called pet insurance again. I double checked that the vet office did indeed receive request this time. This time they wouldn’t let me get a word in edgewise and were rude. I was only following up on the paper trail since the bill was almost 1G, not to mention the emotional to... read more
