This office has become unbearable to do deal with. No sick hours, no same day or next day appointments with other providers and now they don’t even have an on call physician…you get to pay a 200 video visit before you go to the ED… unreal before yale this place was the best now it’s the worst. It’s all money game now.
I truly have no idea how people can give 1 star reviews as I have been coming to this group for a few years now and everyone from the office staff to the nurses and then Dr. Pavlakis have been nothing short of amazing! Recently when I needed urgent imaging (non emergency but urgent) and the imaging center couldn't get me in for over 6 weeks, Northeast Medical Group and Dr. Pavlakis made some calls and got me in elsewhere 5 days later! It is a blessing to be cared for in this sanctuary of an office. Dr. Pavlakis is a talented practitioner ably assisted by Kim, Sandy and others. Soooo grateful !
I love this office, everyone is nice and I get seen quickly. Dr. Pavlakis is the best, she goes above and beyond for her patients!
